respect the fundamental rights of the Palestinian people. This movement is supported by Israeli anti-colonialists. CGT Educ’action commits itself to pursue the boycott and divestment campaigns against Veolia, Orange, Dexia, Sodastream, and other companies which actively participate in the colonisation and occupation of Palestine, in total violation of international law. CGT Educ’action demands the repeal of the Alliot-Marie circular which
criminalises activists who participate in BDS actions. It calls for the acquittal of all activists being prosecuted. (2) by joining in the International Campaign for the liberation of
Marwan Barghouti and all Palestinian political prisoners, an initiative launched at the symbolic Robben Island prison in South Africa by
Ahmed Kathrada, who was for 20 years the cellmate of Nelson Mandela.
